Rates:

    • Unit #2      $90  per day + tax
    • Unit # 3     $90 per room per day + tax (two rooms total)
    • Unit # 4     $90 per room per day +tax  (two rooms total)
    • Unit # 5     $90 per room per day + tax (two rooms total)
    • Kitchen & Event Dinning Room       $100 per day + tax
  • Rent the entire facility April to October for $750 per day plus tax with a $150 deposit.
  • Rent the entire facility November to March including a weekend for $700 per day plus tax with a $150 deposit.
  • If you rent the entire facility during the week only (Monday thru Thursday) you may subtract $50 per day of the above rates.

 If booking a single room in a unit the other room will not be rented during your stay.
